    The Committee on the Judiciary moved to amend the bill on page twenty-three, section two, line four hundred seventeen, by striking out the words “The court” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “The circuit clerk”;

    And,

    On page twenty-three, section two, line four hundred eighteen, by striking out the word “its” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “the circuit court’s”.
